Cancellation
We are happy to provide a flexible service which enables parents to book their children in to sessions for days and times that suit them. To be able to ensure the service can continue to offer this flexibility we must ask that if you have booked a session and realise you no longer need or that your child can not attend the session to let us know with at least 24hours notice. We are aware that circumstances can change last minute and we will try to accommodate where possible how ever we must try to adhere to the 24hr notice policy.
If Crazy Daizy were to cancel a session we will aim to provide at least 1 weeks’ notice where possible.
Refund policy
If the session is cancelled with in the 24hour notice period Crazy Daizy will offer a refund for the amount of the session missed or it can be transferred to a day/ date of your choosing.
After 24hour notice- unfortunately any session’s cancelled after this time will still have to be paid for in full as the child/children will already have been allocated in to the planned numbers and staff ratio’s for that session.
If Crazy Daizy was to cancel a session dur to minimim numbers not being met or for any other reason the payment will be returned.
Crazy Daizy or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
Crazy Daizy reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at info@crazydaizy.com/ 07366018758
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
